Its clear President Obama and his Administration had no intention of ever allowing the Keystone XLPipeline to be built. Despite clear evidence that the pipeline would have created important infrastructure jobs, spurred economic activity, and furthered North American energy security, the Obama Administration continued to mire its application in red tape and delay a final decision for seven long years.
