Because of the PATH Act: educators will be able to deduct what they spend in their own classrooms; seniors will be able to donate from their IRA to charitable organizations without being penalized by the IRS; small businesses and farmers will have the tax certainty they need to invest, innovate, and create jobs.\r\n The PATH Act is a positive step forward, but we cannot stop here.
