Under this legislation, a typical middle-income family of four, earning $59,000 (the median household income), will receive a $1,182 tax cut. \u201cCongress has a once in a generation opportunity to reform our nation\u2019s outdated tax code and provide middle class families across West Michigan with a tax cut,\u201d said Congressman Huizenga. \u201cAs we examine the details of this important legislation, we share a common goal: cut taxes, boost small business job creation, and increase take home pay for hardworking Americans.
