The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) once again awarded Rep. Hultgren the\u00a0NAM\u2019s Award for Manufacturing Legislative Excellence for supporting policies identified by the NAM as critical to the success of manufacturing in the United States during the 114th Congress.\n  \n\t(Rep.
