In a time when Americans are facing more threats than ever before, the NDAA aggressively strengthens our national defense capabilities.\u00a0\n\u201cI am grateful that this legislation funds the critical national security and environmental cleanup missions at the Savannah River Site, including the MOX facility, and supports Fort Jackson and its role as the largest initial entry training facility for the U.S. Army.\n\u201cAs Chairman of the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities, I am especially grateful this bill elevates U.S. Cyber Command to a full, unified combatant command and strengthens SOCOM and our cyber capabilities.\u201d\n\u00a0\nWatch Rep.
