In early 2013, she helped found the United Solutions Caucus, a group that brought together Democrats and Republicans from the freshman class to find common ground on challenging problems facing Congress. Since then, Congresswoman Kuster has worked with a number of colleagues from across the aisle to push for and pass legislation that matters to her constituents in the 2nd District of New Hampshire. The Caucus has introduced over 20 bipartisan bills with support from both Democrats and Republicans, including the SAVE Act, which would eliminate duplicative programs and cut over $330 billion dollars in wasteful spending, and the Partnership to Build America Act, which supports efforts to bolster our country’s transportation infrastructure. Caucus members also supported Congresswoman Kuster’s CLEAN Act, which would save taxpayers money by closing long-empty federal bank accounts.

###", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at
url
http://kuster.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/congresswoman-annie-kuster-brings-together-democrats-and-republicans-for
