The grant will support scholarships, stipends, educational enrichment programs, and cultural training activities. \u201cI applaud Rivier University for its sustained commitment to diversity and to providing an excellent education to all of its students,\u201d said Congresswoman Kuster.\u00a0 \u201cThe nursing program at Rivier will benefit from the inclusion of students from various backgrounds who will provide a variety of perspectives and academic strengths.\u00a0 I congratulate Rivier on this grant award and look forward to continuing to work with the university to increase diversity and serve the greater Nashua community.\u201d The HRSA Nursing Workforce Diversity Grant awarded to Rivier\u2019s Nursing Department is one of only 15 awarded across the country.
