Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) introduced legislation that would require agencies to create a plain language summary of proposed rules to provide more transparency and clarity.\r\n          share:\r\n          f \r\n          t \r\n        \r\n      \r\n      Continuing his efforts to shine light on regulations from the executive branch, U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-03) introduced legislation that would require agencies to create a plain language summary of proposed rules to provide more transparency and clarity.\r\n\u201cGovernment agencies have a habit of creating long-winded and convoluted rules that, frankly, don\u2019t make sense unless you are an expert in that field.
