There will be a classified briefing at the conclusion of the hearing.\nChairman Rogers said: We have seen Russia and China move ahead quickly on developing and testing hypersonic strike capability. Yet, U.S. programs - for which we have had requirements since 2002 - are languishing in a poorly-resourced test program.
