For them, I reminder the first time I voted, it was very important to me. I didn't want to vote how parents have always voted. I wanted to know the candidates, know what they believed, then cast an informed vote. I find that when most people, when they are voting for the first time, they really do take it seriously, so it's a great chance for me to visit with them and talk about differences,\" said Representative Noem.\r\nAfter her visit to North Sioux City, Rep.
