Kristi Noem today supported a two-year budget agreement that makes a series of modest reforms to both mandatory and discretionary spending and reduces the likelihood of another government shutdown next year.\r\n\u201cThis agreement is not perfect by any means, but it takes a small step in the right direction and starts us on a path to more productive budgetary discussions,\u201d said Rep.
