Tim Walz said Wednesday that the OIG\u00a0has initiated an investigation into the allegations of misconduct at the Community Based Out-Patient Clinic. The decision follows the urging of Walz, Rep. Rick Nolan, Sen. Amy Klobuchar and Sen.
