He should be a man of his word.\u00a0 Instead, his actions have precipitated a Constitutional crisis.\u201d Congressman Pittenger understands that the first step to sustainable immigration reform is to secure the border, and was hopeful President Obama would work with Republicans in 2015 on border security legislation.
