Most recently, Congress voted to establish a new process at the ITC for tariff relief for American manufacturers. \u00a0\n\u201cOver the past century, lawmakers have relied on the ITC as a dependable and unbiased source to help guide Congress in building a trade agenda that lifts up American businesses, consumers, and workers,\u201d said Rep.
