Richmond (LA-02) introduced H.R. 4812 The Honor Flight Act, a bill which would require the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to establish a process for providing expedited and dignified passenger screening services for veterans traveling to visit war memorials built and dedicated to honor their service. Expedited screening services will save veterans\u2019 time and show them their proper respect and appreciation.\n\u201cIt is an honor to introduce legislation that will give further commendation to the veterans of who have fought valiantly in the name of freedom,\u201d said Rep. Richmond. \u201cAny veteran who desires to travel to our Nation\u2019s Capitol to visit the memorials constructed in their honor should be afforded every opportunity to do so in the most dignified manner.
