Todd Rokita\u2019s Promote Accountability and Government Efficiency (PAGE) Act was praised in a recent editorial written by James Sherk, a research fellow of labor economics in the Center for Data Analysis at The Heritage Foundation.\u00a0 In his editorial, Mr. Sherk discusses the needs for changes to America\u2019s Civil Service rules, and outlines the reforms in Rep. Rokita\u2019s bill.\n\u201cThis bill makes all new federal hires at-will employees, while keeping in place all federal anti-discrimination laws,\u201d said Sherk.\u00a0 \u201cSuch reforms are long overdue. Every workplace has a few bad apples. \u00a0In the federal government they stick around, holding their agencies back. Americans can - and should - get more from their taxes.\u201d\nThe PAGE Act was introduced by Rep.
