Los Angeles has the infrastructure and facilities necessary to host a successful Olympics that will also be an economic boon for Southern California,\" said Rep. Royce. Rep. Royce was joined in signing the letter by 20 other members of California's Congressional delegation, including U.S. Representative Xavier Becerra (D-Los Angeles) and U.S. Representative Judy Chu (D-Monterey Park).
