Congresswomen Mimi Walters (R-CA) and Brenda Lawrence (D-MI) will serve as Co-Vice Chairs.\n\u201cI look forward to working with my colleagues on finding common ground and advocating issues important to the advancement of women and girls,\u201d Frankel said.\n\u201cThe Congressional Women\u2019s Caucus is an important, bipartisan forum to discuss major policy issues of our day with a focus on how these issues impact women and families,\u201d Brooks said. \u201cIn the past, this caucus has been a driving force for a strong Violence Against Women Act and for the Children\u2019s Health Insurance Program. There is more work to be done, and I\u2019m proud to have been selected by my colleagues to serve as Co-Chair with my friend, Congresswoman Lois Frankel.
