I am proud that I was able to help secure these funds that will reinvigorate the neighborhoods that have been hit hardest by long-term blight and decay  creating healthier, more economically competitive and sustainable communities across our state, said Congressman Ryan.\nCongressman Ryan is a member of the House Appropriations Committee and strongly supported this inclusion throughout the negotiation process and in the final version of the Fiscal Year 2016 government funding bill.\nIn 2015, $13 million was made available from the U.S. Treasurys Hardest Hit Fund for 12 Ohio land banks  including Mahoning, Trumbull, and Stark Counties which will each receive $500,000. In 2014, $60 million was made available from the U.S. Treasurys Hardest Hit Fund for Ohio  including $4,266,250 for Mahoning County, $3,221,25 for Trumbull Country, and $2,000,000 for Summit County.", 1, "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z", "2026-03-30T12:14:52Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["http://timryan.house.gov/press-release/congressman-tim-ryan-secures-funding-ohio-blight-removal-government-spending-bill"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.596730038523674, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
