The President admitted on many occasions that he did not have the authority to act unilaterally on immigration, and yet did it anyway, instead of working with Congress to truly address the challenges in America\u2019s broken immigration system.\n\t\u201cToday\u2019s vote is the first of what will be a number of efforts over the coming months to stop his overreach. It\u2019s my hope that we will advance a step-by-step immigration solution in the 114th Congress that begins with enhanced, verifiable border security and a strengthened guest worker program.
