It also provides significant funding for Israel\u2019s Iron Dome missile defense systems, increased opportunities for small business procurement, and robust funding for the Air Force to ensure that the brave men and women serving at Nellis have the tools they need to 'fly, flight, and win.'\" The bill also includes an amendment to provide $16 million additional dollars for the Fisher House Foundation. Fisher Houses are a \u201chome away from home\u201d for families of patients receiving care at major military and VA medical centers where families stay at no cost. A portion of the funds included in the amendment will expedite plans for a Fisher House in Las Vegas adjacent to the new VA Hospital.
