United States of America:\n\u201cThe Department of Justice, legal and immigration experts, and five decades of precedent support the President\u2019s steps to fix our immigration system, but sadly the flawed decision by a handpicked judge in Texas, who has gone above and beyond to criticize federal immigration policy, will delay the implementation of key protections for immigrant men and women, including some 20,000 living in Southern Nevada.\u00a0\n\u201cWe may be disappointed, but we will not be deterred by this delay.
