Tom Graves (R-GA-14) issued the following statement after voting for, and the House passed, legislation to fund the Head Start program for low income children:\u201cHouse Republicans and Democrats have again acted to reopen as much of the government as possible. Today, we voted to fund the Head Start program for young children. I\u2019m disappointed that this funding bill and others are being blocked by Harry Reid and Senate Democrats.
