Tom Graves (R-GA-14) issued the following statement today after Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Tom Wheeler announced he would step down on January 20, 2017:\u201cAs a member of the Appropriations Committee\u2019s Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee, which has oversight of the FCC, I look forward to turning a new page on January 20 in the relationship between the Commission and Congress.\u201cDuring my time in Congress, I\u2019ve been disappointed in the FCC\u2019s frequent partisan actions, which are dismissive of the Constitution and our nation\u2019s laws.
