Roy Blunt, R-Mo. \u201cNow they\u2019re finding out that the insurance available to them (through the health insurance marketplace) is more expensive than they need, and in many cases has lots of elements to it that they know they don\u2019t need.\u201d\r\nObama said the cancellation notices are currently one of two issues with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the other being making sure the marketplace website, healthcare.gov, works the ways it\u2019s supposed to.\r\n\u201cIt\u2019s fair to say that improvements will be noticeable,\u201d Obama said.\r\nHe said state insurance commissioners will continue to have the power to decide what plans can and can\u2019t be sold in their states.\r\nChris Cline, Missouri\u2019s Insurance department spokesman, said the department is reviewing today\u2019s announcement and the impact it will have on insurance companies and Missouri consumers.\r\nBlunt believes Obama\u2019s solutions are \u201ctoo little, too late,\u201d and \u201cwill never be as easy as they sound.\u201d\r\n\u201cThere\u2019s lots of obstacles still in the way and even if you got over all those obstacles, you\u2019d be back to the exact same problem a year from now,\u201d Blunt said.\r\nHe said he will continue to fight the Affordable Care Act, a law that he calls an \u201cObamacare train wreck.\u201d\r\n\u201cI still think there will be a point when the Administration looks back to the good ol\u2019 days when the only problem they had was trying to explain why the website wouldn\u2019t work, as opposed to trying to explain why this structure just simply won\u2019t work,\u201d he said. \u201cWhen the president now decides that he\u2019s going to redefine policies and try to make the law agree with what he over and over again said it would do, it creates a big problem.\u201d\r\nU.S. Rep.
