So when a family finishes up dinner, does the dishes and puts the kids to bed in Alaska, 9pm is 1am. At the time period when Alaskans can sit and move through any aspect of this exchange, you\u2019re shutdown.\u00a0 When will this site be available for all Americans to take a look at?\u201d\r\n\u00a0\r\n\r\n(If things fail for Alaskans on January 1st, \u201cWho is on the hook?\u201d \u2013 Click image for excerpt.)\r\n\u00a0\r\n\u201cIf we\u2019re in this situation where we have a concern with the subsidy calculator, we may have three people enrolled and we can\u2019t get onto the exchanges when we have downtime, I have Alaskans asking me \u2018What happens to me on January 5th when I have an incident? We have sixty percent of the folks who receive their insurance from Premera \u2013 our largest insurer by a large margin \u2013 they have received cancellation notices.\u00a0 You have that going on, you can\u2019t get onto the exchanges ..
