A Logan County student was named the Fourth Congressional District winner of this year's Congressional Art Competition, Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) has announced.

William Kennedy, a student at Benjamin Logan High School, won the district-wide competition with his pencil drawing. This piece, entitled Autumn Pathway will be displayed in the United States Capitol for one year.

Jordan Kimes of Northmor High School, was named runner-up, while Betsy Schneider of Botkins High School took third place. An Honorable Mention was awarded to Oscar Gresh of West Liberty-Salem High School.
