Allen (GA-12) voted to pass H.R. 7900, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023, which authorizes annual funding levels for the United States Armed Forces and sets expenditures for the Department of Defense (DOD). Included in the Fiscal Year 2023 NDAA is a 4.6 percent pay raise for active duty servicemembers, the largest increase in nearly two decades.
