"The U.S. Armed Forces and their associated academies are no place for racist or unprofessional behavior, as embodied by the U.S. Military Academy's mission to graduate 'leader[s] of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, Country=' and the U.S. Naval Academy's mission to prepare 'professional officers of competence, character, and compassion.'"
