Jimmy Panetta (CA-19); Dr. Kori Schake, Senior Fellow and director of Foreign and Defense Policy Studies at AEI; Katherine Zimmerman, a Fellow at AEI, and Ambassador J. Peter Pham, Ph.D., Distinguished Fellow at the Atlantic Council; Former U.S. Special Envoy for the Sahel Region of Africa; and Former U.S. Special Envoy for the African Great Lakes.
