One month from today, this misguided tax will go back into effect unless Congress acts. Allowing this tax to be implemented again will hurt job creation in Indiana and stifle health care innovation. There is broad, bipartisan support in both chambers of Congress for a permanent repeal of the medical device tax, and there is no reason for further delay. Preventing this tax from going back into effect should be a top congressional priority this month. ### Media inquiries may be directed to Andrea Palermo at andrea.palermo@mail.house.gov. f t # e | 1 | 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z | 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z |
