Invests more than $11.7 billion through the Pacific Deterrence Initiative to strengthen America’s military posture in the Indo-Pacific and deter aggression from Communist China. Reinforces America’s commitment to Israel and strengthens cooperation on missile defense and other shared security priorities. Supports efforts to confront Iran, Iranian-backed terrorist organizations, and threats to American forces and allies in the Middle East. Invests in American defense manufacturing and strengthens domestic supply chains to reduce dependence on foreign adversaries. Accelerates procurement reforms to get advanced weapons and capabilities into the hands of American warfighters faster.
