President Trump is cleaning up Biden’s mess and I fully support him.” In September of 2021, Barr voted against H.R. 5305, which Joe Biden later signed into law. This bill provided $6.3B in emergency funding to support resettlement and support services for unvetted Afghan refugees. It also made refugees eligible for certain entitlement programs.
