Mr. Plucker, who has taught social studies, civics, and AP Government for more than 33 years, started Walla Walla High School’s AP Government program and has inspired generations of students to engage in public service and leadership. In addition to his work in the classroom, he has coached football, baseball, girls basketball, and softball, and remains active as a Boy Scout volunteer.
