Earlier this year, he secured a $1.03 million federal investment for Harris-Stowe to advance its Urban Policing initiatives and modernize the university's IT infrastructure. Additionally, Rep. Bell has supported several legislative efforts advocating for funding for HBCUs during the annual government funding process.
