The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program allows units of local government, including tribes, to support a broad range of activities to prevent and control crime based on their own state and local needs and conditions. Grant funds can be used for state and local initiatives, technical assistance, training, personnel, equipment, supplies, contractual support, and information systems for criminal justice or civil proceedings. The Intellectual Property Enforcement Program: Protecting Public Health, Safety, and the Economy from Counterfeit Goods and Product Piracy Grant Program assists state, local, and tribal jurisdictions in preventing and reducing intellectual property (IP) theft and related crime and supports law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting IP crime and reducing violent crime associated with IP cases and investigations. 1 2026-03-30T01:40:41Z 2026-04-08T03:08:33Z
