A native of Grenada, Mississippi, Ryan attends Mississippi School for Math and Science (MSMS) in Columbus, MS, where he excels academically and athletically in robotics, swimming and football. With an impressive ACT score of 34, he is excited for the opportunity to attend United States Naval Academy. Ryan maintained an outstanding 4.0 GPA at Kirk Academy and continues to excel academically at MSMS, where he also holds an exceptional GPA and ranks in the top five percent of his class. A dedicated scholar, he is an active member of the National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars and has earned numerous additional honors recognizing his academic achievement and commitment to excellence. Ryan’s passion for leadership extends far beyond the classroom. He understands that true teamwork and service are developed through experience rather than textbooks. Through perseverance, sacrifice, and a willingness to step forward when needed, he has cultivated a strong foundation for success. As president of the Interact Club, Ryan has seen firsthand how meaningful service can create a lasting impact on both team members and the broader community.
