I am disturbed that the Department of Justice has no apparent policy to vet prosecutors for conflicts of interest. This failure would never be tolerated in the private sector and has led to the persistent revelations of biases and conflicts within the Mueller team. “I am prepared to give Deputy Rosenstein the benefit of the doubt and hope he answers my questions honestly.
