Trump. The Withholding Investments from Lawless Litigators in States or the WILLIS Act prohibits federal funds from being awarded to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and requires the Office to repay federal funds granted after January 1, 2021. In April of this year, an investigation by the House Judiciary Committee found that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg used federal funds in his politically motivated prosecution of Donald Trump. This week, Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) launched a similar investigation into Fulton County DA Fani Willis. "The indictments from the Fulton County Grand Jury are some of the weakest and most ridiculous I’ve ever seen. President Trump and the 18 others mentioned were indicted for mundane activities like sending a text message, making a phone call, reserving a conference room, and tweeting. This is a blatant attack on American freedoms," said Congressman Biggs. "Our national debt is at an all-time high.
