Some of this water could ultimately be transported into the United States. “Arizona is prepared to discuss this project with Mexico but needs the assistance of the federal government to bring in representatives from the country. “We look forward to the response from these three departments and learning more about their efforts to help Arizona.” Congressman Biggs’s letter may be read here.
