Congressman Biggs released the following statement: Rod Rosenstein has resisted oversight efforts to expose corruption at the highest levels of the Department of Justice and FBI. Special Counsel Robert Mueller'sinvestigation has escaped any scrutiny under Rosenstein's management. If these latest reports are true, Mr. Rosenstein's clandestine activities are more sinister than we thought. Rod Rosenstein continues to deny his constitutional obligation to release documents requested by Congress, and recent reports suggest he's working to undermine our democratically elected President. If he does not cooperate, Congress must act immediately. The American people must have complete transparency, and Congress has a duty to protect the integrity of our institution. ### Congressman Andy Biggs is a first-term Representative from Arizona's Fifth Congressional District, representing parts of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek.
