I am disappointed with the immediate closure of Virginia College and its campuses located in both Columbus and Macon. I have already reached out to the Department of Education and the Department of Veteran Affairs to ensure they are doing everything they can to assist students.This was an unexpected announcement, and I will continue to do everything in my power to provide students affected by this closure assistance in overcoming this hardship.
