Without these enforceable regulations, the EPA and other enforcement agencies are essentially unable to take on this crisis that has plagued families in my community and across the nation for too long now. When we turn on the faucet to drink water, we should not have to worry about the safety of the water that is going into our bodies. Enforceable regulations on PFAS are long overdue." Congressman Boyle is a founding member of the Congressional PFAS Task Force.
