Today, Congressman Ken Buck (R-CO) released the following statement on the passing of Kimmi Lewis who represented Colorado House District 64, which includes nine counties in Eastern Colorado. Kimmi has been a strong advocate for our state's farmers and ranchers. She will be remembered as a treasured member of the community who worked tirelessly to improve the lives of Coloradans, stated Congressman Buck. Aside from her role in the state legislature, Kimmi Lewis served as the President of the Trinidad/Las Animas County Republican Women's Club over the last thirty years.
