The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act ensures that the Constitutional rights of Americans do not end simply because they cross a state. Any citizen who possess a valid concealed carry permit in one state can legally carry their firearm into another state. They would still have to adhere to established state and local laws. This is no different than the way a driver’s license issued in one state is good in another state. I am a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and will continue fighting to protect this vitally important Constitutional right.” NOTE: Dr. Bucshon is a cosponsor of the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act.
