"I thank the Postmaster General for making himself available to discuss the recent USPS operational changes that negatively impacted many East Tennesseans," said Rep. Burchett. "While the USPS has reversed course on these changes, I expressed to Postmaster General DeJoy why many folks, myself included, felt frustrated and blindsided by the operational changes.
