The $3,157,000 investment will focus on repairs, alterations for structural and related system upgrades of the building's parking garage. The facility has suffered from degraded concrete that has resulted in chunks of materials falling from the ceiling that has posed safety risks to individuals visiting the Federal Building or property damage to their vehicles.
