André Carson Submits U.S. Service Academy Nominations for Indiana's 7th Congressional District INDIANAPOLIS – Congressman André Carson announced today his list of nominees for attendance at one of the United States Service Academies. Nominated students will be considered for acceptance to the Class of 2016. "Gaining acceptance to one of our military academies is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I am proud to provide young men and women with the chance to serve our country," said Congressman Carson. "Nominating students from my hometown is a great honor, and this year's recipients embody the best Indianapolis has to offer. They are determined, intelligent and bright individuals who will be outstanding leaders in our nation and community."
