A nomination does not guarantee an appointment, but it is a requirement for final consideration for the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Successful applicants must have high moral character, a strong academic record and a motivation to dutifully serve our nation. Fully completed applications must be postmarked or received by the District office for Congressman Case at 1003 Bishop Street, Suite #1110, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 no later than October 9, 2026.
