Mr. Prashant Yadav Senior Fellow, Center for Global Development Mr. Yadav is an expert on the issue of healthcare supply chains and has worked with a range of bilateral and multilateral donors on international development and humanitarian response. He will speak to the efficacy of existing aid approaches. Former Representative Ted Yoho Consensus for Development Reform Representative Yoho served on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and was the Republican lead on the passage of the BUILD Act of 2018, which created the U.S. Development Finance Corporation.
